iOS & Android
The camera is the app
Sourcing happens standing in a thrift aisle, not sitting at a desk. The phone app is the whole product — scan a shelf for resale estimates before you buy, then photograph and list what you found before you have left the shop.
iOS is in TestFlight beta · Android is in development
Same product, everywhere
Not a website in a wrapper
The phone apps are real native builds that bundle the interface and talk to the API directly — which is why they behave like apps rather than a browser pretending.
Shoot straight into a draft
The camera and photo library are reached only when you choose to add a photo, and only the shots you pick are uploaded.
Shop Mode in the aisle
Scan a shelf with the camera and get resale estimates back before the item is in your basket.
Credentials kept in the keychain
Sign-in tokens live in the device's secure storage, not in a web cookie the app cannot protect.
One account across devices
Start a draft on the phone in the shop and finish it on a laptop. Same listings, same store, same history.
Marketplace sign-in that returns
Connecting eBay or Etsy opens their real sign-in page and hands you back to the app when it is done.
Purchases in the system browser
Token top-ups open Stripe in the real browser, so a purchase is made somewhere you can see the address bar.
iOS
In TestFlight now
The iOS build is in beta with a small group of sellers. Apple's TestFlight handles the invites and the updates.
We'll send a TestFlight link as spots open up.
Android
In development
The Android build shares the same codebase as iOS, so it is a matter of packaging and review rather than rewriting. Leave an address and you'll hear the day it lands on Play.
One email, when it ships. Nothing else.
Everything the phone apps do, the web app does today at app.thryftshop.com (opens in a new tab) — no install, no waiting list.
