Listing is the bottleneck

Thryft Shop exists to collapse that twenty minutes into a photo. Take the picture; the app identifies the item, writes the title and description, fills in the item specifics marketplace search actually filters on, resolves a real category, suggests a price, cleans up the images to the marketplace's own recommendations — and then hands the whole thing back to you to check before anything goes live.

Who it's for

Resellers running a real store, thrifters who source faster than they can list, and anyone clearing out a closet who would rather not type out listings by hand. The single-item case is easy. What makes the difference is volume: a pile of photos becoming a pile of drafts, a store that syncs both ways, duplicates found and merged, and a ranked list of what to fix next across everything you have live.

What we won't do

Publish without you. Every draft is reviewable and every field is editable, and the app tells you what it was unsure about rather than presenting a guess as a fact. You are the seller — what goes live is your name on it, so it is your decision.

We also don't sell your data, use your photos for advertising, or hold your account hostage. Deletion is a button in Settings that works immediately, not a support ticket.

How it's built

Claude's vision models do the identification and the writing. The photo pipeline is our own, tuned against the failure that actually costs sellers money — a background cutout that quietly removes part of the product. Publishing goes through each marketplace's real API, with every marketplace succeeding or failing independently so one rejection never takes the rest down with it.
