How it works

From a photo to a live listing

Five stages run between the shutter and the marketplace. Four of them are automatic. The fifth is you, checking the draft — which is the one step that should never be automated.

  1. Snap it

    Photograph the item, or upload shots you already have. One item or a whole pile — a bulk batch turns a photo dump into one draft per item, grouping the shots that belong together.

  2. Cleaned up for the marketplace

    Auto-orient, cut the background onto a white canvas with a soft contact shadow, square-frame the item at the photo's own scale — never a crop-in zoom — resize to 1600px and finish with a sharpen.

  3. AI writes it

    Claude reads the photos and returns a structured draft: title, description, item specifics, condition and a suggested price — plus a confidence score and an explicit list of what it could not tell from the pictures.

  4. You have the last word

    Every field is editable. Change them by hand, add or remove item specifics, or just say what you want — "make it sound more vintage", "mention the small mark on the sleeve" — and the draft rewrites itself.

  5. List it everywhere

    Push to eBay, Etsy and Depop at once. Each marketplace succeeds or fails on its own, so one rejection never costs you the others — and you are told exactly which landed.

The photo pipeline

Why the images matter as much as the words

Marketplace search ranks on photo quality, and a bad cutout costs you the sale. This is what happens to every image before it is attached to a listing.

Framed at the scale it was shot

The square crop is taken at the photo's own scale. It never zooms in on the item — a zoomed crop of a 12MP phone photo is a soft, upscaled listing image, and buyers can tell.

A cutout that refuses to eat your product

Background removal drops the item onto a white canvas with a soft contact shadow, and a safety pass checks the result. A mask that removed part of the product is rejected rather than shipped.

Sized to the marketplace's own advice

Auto-oriented from EXIF, resized to 1600px on the long edge, and given a finishing sharpen — the dimensions eBay itself recommends for search and zoom.

It reads the tags

Photograph the size and care label and the draft picks up brand, size, fabric and country of manufacture from it — the item specifics that are tedious to type and that marketplace search actually filters on.

One draft, every marketplace you've connected

Select the ones you want and publish once. Each is attempted independently, so a rejection on one never costs you the others.
